Plastic Design Solutions Ltd offer a full 2D and 3D CAD service to clients of all sizes.

3D CAD

Our suite of up to date, integrated 3D computer aided design and simulation software can turn your idea, part or sketch into a 3D visualisation which may then be used to produce rapid prototypes, machined parts, injection mould tooling, engineering simulations such as stress analysis and mould flow or even be used for marketing purposes.
Assemblies can be modelled to check for clashes between parts.

2D CAD

Alongside the 3D CAD service, we also offer traditional 2D CAD draughting. We can convert ideas and physical parts into electronic cad data for your own use (dwg or dxf files).
Existing legacy drawings, that may only available on paper can also be re-draughted electronically for future use or archiving.
